After years of working to import high technology jobs and high technology investment, El Paso gets its day in the sun. El Paso's highly skilled, bilingual workforce and excellent quality of life drew them here -- but a $3 million incentive from the State closed the deal with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). ADP, one of the world’s largest providers of payroll and tax filing services, will open a new $23.8 million facility in El Paso, bringing 1000 new jobs to our community.

Senator Shapleigh sees the development of 21st Century jobs as an ongoing process that starts with bringing new investment to El Paso and continues with expanding diverse economies, reducing health care costs, and supporting local businesses.

If we build the foundation for 21st century jobs, the possibilities are endless.
