Change Texas for Good
From humble beginnings, we built our great state on the belief that every Texan might rise as high and far as their spirit, hard work and talent might carry them. Now, more than ever, that dream depends on what Texans learn. In today’s knowledge based world, if we invest in our children, if we educate our people, we prosper.
In Texas, the dream is distant. Texas is dead last in graduation rates and near last in average SAT scores. If we do not change course, for the first time in Texas history, our next generation will be less prosperous.
Let us invest in young Texans today to guarantee the success of all Texas tomorrow.
As we travel to Austin to serve, let’s make that our goal.
Let us resolve now to change Texas for good. Come help us start a session with purpose.
